Airgle Cloud Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 20, 2026
Last updated: July 20, 2026
Version: 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how Airgle Corporation (“Airgle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when authorized users access Airgle Cloud, supported applications, connected Airgle devices, and related support services (the “Services”). An organization that provides an account or manages a workspace may act as controller or business, while Airgle processes information on its behalf.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account and business contact information, organization and role, preferred language and time zone, authentication and recovery information, workspace and device assignments, and support communications. Connected devices may provide identifiers, model and firmware details, configuration, connectivity and operating status, maintenance events, air-quality measurements, temperature, humidity, alerts, and diagnostic data. We also process browser and device type, IP address, session and security events, timestamps, feature interactions, administrative actions, audit history, error reports, cookies, and local-storage identifiers.

2. How we use information and legal bases

We use information to provide and secure the Services; authenticate users; enforce role and organization scopes; associate authorized users, workspaces, and devices; display measurements, reports, and alerts; deliver account and support communications; diagnose faults; prevent misuse; comply with law; and improve reliability. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent where requested, and other bases permitted by law.

3. Disclosure and international transfers

Information may be disclosed to the organization and authorized distributors, institutions, administrators, and users responsible for an account or device; to vetted providers supporting hosting, communications, analytics, security, maintenance, and support; when required by law; or in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. Airgle does not sell personal information for money. Information may be processed in other countries using contractual or other recognized transfer safeguards where required.

4. Data security and retention

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is completely secure. We retain information only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet contractual and legal duties, preserve security and audit records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information is deleted or de-identified when no longer required, subject to lawful backup and recordkeeping periods.

5. Privacy rights and choices

Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. Requests about information controlled by an employer, institution, distributor, or other organization should first be directed to that organization. We may verify identity and authority and may retain information when legally permitted or required. EEA, UK, and Swiss residents may contact a supervisory authority. California and other U.S. residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA or similar laws.

6. Google Maps Platform services

The Services may use Google Maps Platform, including the Weather, Air Quality, and Pollen APIs, to provide location-based environmental information. When those features are used, Airgle sends Google the location coordinates or other location inputs needed to answer the request, together with technical request data. Use of Google Maps Platform content is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, and Google’s processing of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Children, changes, and contact

The Services are intended for authorized business and institutional users and are not directed to children. We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, law, or our practices and will identify the current version and effective date. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy@airgle.com or Airgle Corporation, 1170 Lincoln Avenue, Unit 2, Holbrook, NY 11741, USA.
